Barcelona teenager Lamine Yamal has some demand from the opponent’s side ahead of the much-awaited clash. The player has playfully urged Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone to grant him one-on-one duels in Tuesday’s crucial Champions League quarter-final second leg, as the Catalan side seeks a comeback from a 0-2 first-leg deficit.

The 18-year-old winger, who was heavily double-marked and restricted during Barcelona’s home loss last week, made the light-hearted remark during a pre-match press conference. He said:
“I feel good! Let’s see if Simeone does me a favor and lets me play a one-v-one tomorrow.”
Despite the deficit and a red card to defender Pau Cubarsí in the first leg, Yamal stood out as one of Barcelona’s brightest performers, repeatedly beating his marker on the flank. The Catalan side is aiming to take revenge in the away game when they face Simeone’s side in the return leg.
