FIFA President Gianni Infantino has confirmed that the 2026 World Cup final will include a Super Bowl-style halftime show featuring multiple artists, marking the first time in the tournament’s history that such entertainment will interrupt the 15-minute break.

The showpiece, set for July 19, 2026, at MetLife Stadium, will be produced in partnership with Global Citizen and curated by Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and the band’s manager Phil Harvey.
