Antoine Griezmann has ruled out an immediate move to Major League Soccer, confirming he will remain with Atletico Madrid for now amid strong interest from Orlando City. The 34-year-old French forward expressed his deep happiness at the club and outlined his clear focus and want to reach the UEFA Champions League final and win the Copa del Rey.

Talking about the transfer speculations in MLS, Griezmann said:

“I’m very happy here and enjoying myself a lot.”

The French international added: 

“The idea is to reach the UCL FINAL and win the Copa del Rey with Atlético, which is my dream.”

This development follows weeks of speculation about a potential free transfer to MLS, either mid-season or in the summer. The announcement has been met with widespread praise, who highlighted Griezmann's loyalty and competitive mentality at this stage of his career.
