“It’s very good, we’re getting to know each other better. There are many matches, so we have time for everything, but Vini is a fundamental player.”
Alonso, who was known for his exceptional passing range and long-distance shooting, said that it benefits the team when Vinicius is happy. He told the aforementioned source:
“When Vini is happy, when he’s enjoying himself, it’s good for the team. That’s how we approach it, the relationship is very good.”
Real Madrid believes that Vini is well aware of what Alonso thinks of him and vice versa. He also stated that the two communicate before the games so that they can make decisions that benefit the team. He said:
