The Gujarat Giants clinched their spot in the PKL Season 10 Eliminator by outplaying the Bengaluru Bulls with a score of 50-28. The standout performers for the Giants were Parteek Dahiya, who amassed 13 points, and Fazel Atrachali, who contributed with 6 points, in a match that showcased their supremacy.

From the outset, the Giants grabbed control, progressively building a lead and leveraging Parteek Dahiya's exceptional skill to assert their dominance. Dahiya's remarkable Super raid in the first half's eighth minute, which saw the exit of Surjeet Singh, Saurabh Nandal, and Monu, led to the Giants securing their first All-Out and a 9-3 advantage. The momentum remained with the Giants, bolstered by Dahiya's consistent scoring and a defence that largely kept the opposition at bay. Another All-Out just before the halftime whistle expanded their lead to 21-9.

The dominance of the Giants persisted into the second half, with the Bulls' errors further widening the gap. An early second-half series of mistakes by the Bulls resulted in a third All-Out for the Giants, pushing the lead to 17 points.

The defensive prowess of the Giants was notably spearheaded by Fazel Atrachali, who, with ten minutes remaining, had secured six points from tackles. A subsequent Super raid by Nitin, which overcame Monu, Arulnanthababu, and Amit Sheoran, led to a fourth All-Out. This was the final flourish in a commanding performance by the Giants, ensuring their progression to the playoffs.

Puneri Paltan's rock Tamil Thalaivas in spectacular style

On Sunday in Kolkata, the Puneri Paltan delivered a spectacular performance, securing a decisive 56-29 win against the Tamil Thalaivas. This victory ensured their progression to the Semi-Finals of Pro Kabaddi League Season 10.

The match kicked off with Aslam Inamdar leading the charge for the Puneri Paltan, swiftly earning raid points and establishing a six-point lead by the third minute. Despite Mohammadreza Kaboudrahangi's Super tackle on Pankaj Mohite that put the Tamil Thalaivas on the scoreboard, the Pune team quickly regained momentum. Mohit Goyat's successful raid, coupled with Abinesh Nadarajan's tackle on Vishal Chahal, resulted in the first All-Out against the Thalaivas, widening the Pune side's lead to 12-2.

By the tenth minute, Pankaj Mohite executed another impressive raid, further extending Puneri Paltan's lead. Although Ajinkya Pawar attempted to mount a counteroffensive for the Thalaivas, he was unable to penetrate the formidable Puneri defense.
