Ralf Schumacher has expressed his feelings about life following his brother Michael Schumacher's tragic ski accident, reflecting on their close bond during their early Formula 1 career. While he misses the Michael of their past, Ralf has come to terms with life's unfairness. The Schumacher brothers made history as the first siblings to win F1 races and to finish first and second in the same race. However, their lives took a dramatic turn when Michael suffered a severe head injury in a skiing accident in the French Alps, leading the family to maintain privacy about his health.

Recently, Michael made a rare public appearance at his daughter’s wedding, his first since the accident.

In an interview with German magazine Bunte, Ralf shared, "Unfortunately, sometimes life isn't fair. We have to accept it. When I see his children Gina-Maria and Mick, my heart smiles. If someone in the family is looking for my advice, I'm there. They go their own way. I miss the Michael of the old days. Life is unfair from time to time. Michael was very lucky throughout his life. But then there was this tragic accident. Michael wasn't only my brother. When we were kids, he was also my coach and mentor. He taught me literally everything about kart racing.

Ralf coming out

In addition to his reflections on Michael, Ralf has recently come out as gay, leading to a public dispute with his ex-wife, Cora. The couple divorced in 2015, but tensions have escalated since Ralf revealed his relationship with his French business manager, Etienne. Cora described the announcement as "like a stab in the heart," expressing feelings of being used and questioning the honesty of their marriage.

However, Ralf claimed that Cora was aware of his relationship with Etienne, sharing screenshots of an alleged WhatsApp exchange from last year where Cora appeared to congratulate Etienne.

In light of recent events, Ralf has decided to sell the house he once shared with Cora. According to a report from the Daily Mail, the property is now on the market through Marlies Muhr Real Estate, with an asking price of €4.85 million, or approximately £4.07 million.
