India and Germany to collide in the semi-final

Spain eliminates India's biggest roadblock
India was pushed towards the bronze medal match after getting defeated by Belgium in the semi-finals in the last 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Whereas in the Paris Olympics also, India had to face defeat by 1-2 at the hands of Belgium. But Spain eliminated Belgium by defeating them 3-2 in their quarterfinal match and made it to the second semi-final. Whereas in the third quarterfinal, Netherlands made Australia taste defeat. Along with this, the second semi-final match will also be played between Spain and Netherlands on August 6.
