Vidit took his fans by surprise when he announced his engagement to Nidhi in November 2024. Sharing heartwarming pictures on social media, he had humorously captioned his post:
"Not accepting rishtas anymore, It’s official now! ♥️ Getting married soon!"
Four months later, the couple fulfilled their dream by officially becoming husband and wife in a ceremony that was as elegant as it was intimate.

While Vidit is widely known in the chess world for his incredible achievements, Nidhi Kataria is a homeopathic doctor who has now become a well-recognized name among chess fans due to her connection with Vidit.

What’s Next for Vidit Gujrathi?
