WWE has been hosting non-televised house shows in Saudi Arabia since 2014, and in 2018, the company entered into a 10-year strategic partnership with the Ministry of Sport. This partnership was further expanded in 2019 with the General Authority of Entertainment, leading to WWE organizing two major Premium Live Events (PLEs) in Saudi Arabia, one in Jeddah and another in Riyadh.
The upcoming 2024 Crown Jewel PLE is set to take place at the Mohammed Abdo Arena in Riyadh on November 2, 2024, and is one of the most highly anticipated events of the Riyadh season. As the event approaches, WWE has unveiled the official poster for Crown Jewel 2024.

The newly released poster features prominent wrestlers including Cody Rhodes, Gunther, Nia Jax, and Liv Morgan. At the forefront are the Undisputed WWE Champion, Cody Rhodes, known as "The American Nightmare," and the World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther, referred to as "The Ring General."
Both the Women’s Champion, Nia Jax, and the Women’s World Champion, Liv Morgan, are also highlighted on the poster. A striking Crown Jewel Championship, adorned with a 50-carat diamond, serves as the backdrop, emphasizing the significance of the event. The top of the poster proclaims “First Ever Crown Jewel Champion” and “Champion vs Champion,” while the bottom features the WWE and Riyadh Season logos.
WWE Chief Content Officer Triple H noted during the Bad Blood PLE that this year’s event in Riyadh will showcase a clash between the primary champions from both brands, vying for the prestigious Crown Jewel Championship.
Confirmed Matches for Crown Jewel
In the main event, World Heavyweight Champion Gunther will face off against Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes in a singles match to establish dominance within the company and to claim the inaugural Crown Jewel Championship. Similarly, in the women’s division, Liv Morgan will compete against Nia Jax in a singles match, aiming to secure the Women’s Crown Jewel Championship and assert her place as the leading champion. WWE Crown Jewel 2024 is expected to include various segments, promotional appearances, and potentially surprise guests, adding to the excitement of the event.
