While she has made appearances on WWE Television a few times since then, Bianca Belair has not performed after her injury at WrestleMania 41. The EST broke her figure in her triple threat fight against Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY. She chose not to have a surgery to fix the problem, instead went for a natural healing. Sadly, it has taken much longer than expected.
However, there seems to be a positive update. As per a report from Ibou on Self Made Sessions, Bianca Belair is expected to be on WrestleMania 42. It is not known whether the former WWE Women's Champion will have a match in Las Vegas, or if she is directly returning at the show.

What will Bianca Belair do at WWE WrestleMania 42?
The best choice for Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 42 is a big match against Jade Cargill for the WWE Women's Championship. The two have been set for a rivalry since their alliance was ended by Naomi's heel turn.
With Cargill as SmackDown's top female champion, Belair would be an ideal challenger for her at WrestleMania 42. This does not mean she would have to comeback within the next two weeks, though, and qualify for the Women's Elimination Chamber match. It is still uncertain if the EST is approved for an in-ring return.
If the Jade Cargill feud is not possible for Mania, Bianca Belair can instead confront The Storm after her actual title match at The Show of Shows. It would be a big surprise and serve as the perfect stage.
