Despite the incidents falling outside the legal statute of limitations, the NFL maintains the authority to impose disciplinary action on Tucker once the investigation is complete.
The case echoes the 2022 suspension of Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson, who was banned for 11 games and fined $5 million after being accused by 24 women of sexual assault and misconduct during massage therapy sessions.

The initial allegations against Tucker were reported by the Baltimore Banner on January 30, when six massage therapists shared their accounts of inappropriate behavior.
According to these reports, multiple women accused Tucker of exposing himself, making inappropriate physical contact, and leaving what they described as ejaculate on the massage table. These incidents allegedly took place between 2012 and 2016.
Since the original report, more women have come forward with similar accusations. The disturbing nature of the allegations has only added to the gravity of the investigation.
Justin Tucker's denial and continued defense
Tucker, who has been with the Ravens since 2012 and is the longest-tenured kicker in the NFL, swiftly denied the allegations after the first report was made public. In a statement released on January 30, he called the accusations “unequivocally false.”
As additional women have come forward, Tucker and his representatives have consistently referred back to this statement, providing no further comment at this time.
