On Tuesday, during a r
ecent media appearance, Green was asked about the trade rumors and if he had played his last game with the Warriors. The Golden State player’s subtle comment has left his Warriors future open to interpretation. The 35-year-old replied:
“If it ends, what a f****** run it has been.”
Green continued by saying that he would not be “upset” if they trade him “if that’s what’s best for this organization.”
Meanwhile, according to ESPN’s Anthony Slater, he earlier reported that the franchise has had "active trade conversations" which involve the player, particularly in the framework of their offers to the Milwaukee Bucks for the star player Giannis Antetokounmpo. It remains to be seen if the Warriors are going to break up with one of their players.
