Story Highlights:

Green drew attention for a hard foul and taunting dance but brushed off criticism on Threads with a defiant response.

The Warriors forward tallied 7 points, 10 assists, and 4 rebounds, earning praise from teammate Quinten Post as the team beat Memphis 131-118.

Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Greens did not mince his words with fans who raised questions during Monday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. The Warriors won the matchup 131-118 and improved to a 3-1 for the season.

Even after the Warriors' victory, Green was slammed by fans on social media, who took issue with his behaviour. During the third quarter, he committed a hard foul on Santi Aldama, bringing him to the ground, and was booked for a Flagrant 1 foul.

Green was not satisfied with the call and argued with the referee, saying it a "soft" foul. He also got engaged in a verbal spat with Jaren Jackson Jr. as the clip showed Green repeatedly telling the forward to "shut up."

After the Grizzlies missed both free throws, Green broke out into dance, taunting the Memphis players. Following the game, fans on Threads slammed Green, calling him a "psycho" and claiming that his behaviour was "diabolical."

True to his character, the four-time champion responded to the fans on Threads, showing that he was not apologetic about the whole incident.

“Cry me a river,” Green wrote.

Fans replied to the original post, saying that they would hate Green if he did not play for the Golden State Warriors. The forward made another statement, suggesting he wouldn't be bothered even if the fan disliked him.

“Or you can be a Warriors fan and dislike me, too. Idgaf… I will sleep good tonight. Bozo,” he wrote.
