Following the culmination of the game, the Lakers' new recruit Dorian-Finney Smith expressed how it felt witnessing LeBron achieving a massive milestone.

Dorian Finney-Smith Expresses Delight On Playing Alongside LeBron James

Dorian Finney-Smith, who recently got traded to the Lakers from the Brooklyn Nets, is delighted to play alongside LeBron James and feels grateful to be the onlooker of King James' "greatness." The 31-year-old stated that it would be something that he would proudly tell his kids.

You know, it’s just something I can share with my kids, DFS said after the hard-fought win. I get to see greatness and witness greatness and play alongside greatness. I’m excited to be here, excited to make a run at this thing and you know, try to see what we can do in the playoffs.

DFS' skillset can bring much-needed solidarity to the Lakers' defense, moreover, it can complement LeBron's game. Speaking about sharing the court with the forward and the new point guard Shake Milton, King James expressed excitement, stating that both the players carry the experience and acumen to contribute for the team.

They bring experience and toughness. They are guys who played in big games and mastered their roles throughout their career and I’m looking forward to them getting into our system and having an immediate impact. 

 

 

DFS and Shake Milton made it to the Lakers following the trade-off of D’Angelo Russell and Max Lewis to the Brooklyn Nets.
