The fallout between Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat has reached an extent where it seems the relationship is now beyond fixing. The 6-time All-Star Butler was expected to make his return on Tuesday after a 2-game suspension but just ahead of the Heat's clash against the Orlando Magic, the forward was levied with yet another suspension, this time a more rigid one as compared to the previous two. Butler has been suspended again by Miami Heat, this time for indefinite period. As both parties are beleaguered at an impasse, it seems only a trade could alleviate the tensions.

Jimmy Butler Trade: 76ers and Warriors Interested in the Forward
As the trade deadline (February 6) is hovering, there are reports that two notable teams are monitoring the situation of Jimmy Butler closely and are waiting for the right deal to bring him on board. The two teams are the Golden State Warriors and the Philadelphia 76ers.
Having been struck by a disappointing season where nothing is going their way, the 76ers are still not ready to give in and are looking to strengthen their squad to harness the chance of turning the tables. They are exploring options and are seemingly ready to bring in Butler, even if it means in exchange for a crucial member. NBA insider Vince Goodwill took to the Good Word with Goodwill to reveal new trade information about Butler. He said, “I’ve heard that Philly quietly could be a suitor for Jimmy Butler…theoretically, it would be a Jimmy for Paul George swap. I believe that Embiid is pushing for them to reacquire Jimmy.”

Jimmy Butler Could Be Traded Soon
Butler is well versed with the Sixers organization as he had previously played for the franchise in 2018-19. He was part of an upbeat 76ers, which endured an unfortunate end to the campaign in the semifinals, where the Raptors' Kawhi Leonard scored the last-gasp winner in Game 7. Since then the 76ers have undergone a transition when it comes to coaching staff and front office personnel, which could result in a different outcome. However, any deal for Butler could mean that Philly may have to trade the recently star Paul George.
The other team in the fray for Butler is the Warriors. Golden State made the effort to rope in Butler earlier in the season but eventually backed out due to the whopping asking price. However, as the Heat are in a more desperate situation to offload the 35-year-old, they may accept the offer from Golden State Warriors this time, according to NBA inside Kevin O’Connor.
