The 2025-26 NBA season is around the corner with the pre-season games set this week. The Los Angeles Lakers are scheduled to play against the Phoenix Suns in the preseason opener. However, fans shouldn't expect a full-strength lineup because the regular season remains the priority. This will provide a two-week appetizer to the main course of the regular season, which begins on Tuesday, Oct. 21.

 The Lakers vs. Suns game is slated to be telecast nationally on TNT. Additionally, Spectrum SportsNet or  Spectrum's streaming affiliate, Spectrum SportsNet+ will provide the live match for the locals.
