Turner or Caxton

Turner to Lakers has remained an active assertion for the last couple of years, and hence he could finally earn the golden and purple jersey soon. At 6-foot-11 and 250 pounds, Turner is exceptional when it comes to protecting the rim and could be entrusted with shooting from a distance to gain 3-pointers These attributes of his make the ideal cut for the Lakers. As he is set to become a free agent the Lakers could come in serious business to rope him in.

Contrary to Turner, Claxton isn't a 3-point shooter, but have a distinguished ability for rebounds and can help the defence by blocking shots. He is averaging 10.1 points, 7.5 rebounds and 1.4 blocks in 26.6 minutes.

As the Lakers are still exploring the market, it will be interesting to note whether they will be willing to go the extra mile to bring in more fresh faces in the squad.
