NBA legend LeBron James and famed expert Stephen A. Smith had a rough exchange on Thursday following the Lakers vs Knicks game. Though James is not known for indulging in a quarrel with an analyst, he made an exception for his longtime critic, Stephen. The meeting was recorded on camera, and the clip displaying King James giving a mindful to Smith has gone viral.

Stephen A. Smith Reveals What LeBron James Told Him
In the aftermath of the episode, Stephen A. addressed the acrimony LeBron James directed at him and revealed what transpired in the dialogue. Smith did not divulge the excerpts of the conversation but brought to light the matter of the confrontation, which was about the statements he made about Bronny James.
Smith then revealed via First Take, LeBron “approached me during the game, and he said, stop effing with my son.” All Smith could say in response was “Na, Na, Na.”
When Smith realized how unhappy James was, he offered to talk to the Lakers superstar about it later, but LeBron flatly refused.
Smith went on to say that his comments on the Lakers rookie were not well received by several players in the league. He also confirmed that Draymond Green is one of them.
Smith claimed, "one player in particular was Draymond Green, who I haven’t spoken to since, and has no desire to speak to me primarily because of this."

Smith Had No Option But To Address
He emphasized that he had no intention of discussing the incident, but his superiors would not allow him to remain silent. He said “I work for ESPN. And ESPN called me this morning.”
Smith claimed his ESPN bosses told him there was no way around the situation and he had to address it. “What you mean you ain’t talking about it? You most certainly have to talk about it. This directly involves you. And LeBron James is the biggest story in the country right now in sport,” Smith disclosed.
