Abrar Ahmed is hospitalised because of high fever.

Pakistan young leg-spinner Abrar Ahmed is missing the fourth day of the first Test match against England at Multan Cricket Stadium in Multan due to a fever. His illness has left Pakistan's spin bowling department weakened, as the talented bowler is unable to take the field.

In the ongoing Multan Test, despite bowling 35 overs, young spinner Abrar Ahmed was unable to take a wicket, conceding 174 runs. With Abrar sidelined, captain Shan Masood has turned to other spin options. Salman Ali Agha has taken the lead in Pakistan's spin bowling attack, while the team has also experimented with Saim Ayub and Saud Shakeel to find a suitable replacement.

Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat first, posting an impressive total of 556 runs in their first innings, setting a formidable challenge for the visiting England side.

On the other hand, England are currently dominating Pakistan with their aggressive batting approach, accumulating over 550 runs for the loss of just three wickets. Joe Root has smashed his sixth double ton to equal Sachin Tendulkar's record of double centuries and Harry Brook smashed his maiden double ton.
