Dhanashree Verma breaks silence amid divorce rumours with Yuzvendra Chahal with emotional post, says 'past few days have been incredibly tough..my silence is not a sign of weakness'

The past few days social media has been buzzing with the divorce rumours of Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife Dhanashree Verma. However, none of the parties made a statement about it. Dhanashree who has been facing a lot of trolling on the internet finally addressed it in an emotional post. She revealed how this baseless and unnecessary trolling has been extremely tough for her and her family. She did not address the divorce rumours but shut up all the critics by saying that her silence is not her weakness and the truth stands tall without the need for justification.

"The past few days have been incredibly tough for my family and me. What's truly upsetting is the baseless writing, devoid of fact checking, and the character assassination of my reputation by faceless trolls spreading hate. I've worked hard for years to build my name and integrity. My silence is not a sign of weakness; but of strength. While negativity spreads easily online, it takes courage and compassion to uplift others. I choose to focus on my truth and move forward, holding onto my values. The truth stands tall without the need for justification," wrote Dhanashree on her Instagram story.

In the midst of persistent rumours of his divorce from Dhanashree Verma, Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal fueled these rumours and raised questions about his personal life by posting cryptic messages on social media. In a grandiose wedding in December 2020, Chahal and Dhanashree, a well-known choreographer and social media personality, exchanged vows. The pair gained a devoted fan base by frequently showcasing their relationship online.

But recently, their relationship has come under investigation. Additionally, Chahal allegedly removed from his account all of the photos he had with Dhanashree. Though the precise reasons are yet unknown, insiders close to the couple claim that they have been living apart for a few months and that their split is likely. After over five years of marriage, Chahal and Dhanashree are reportedly on the verge of divorcing.

The divorce rumors were heightened earlier when Chahal and his wife unfollowed one another on Instagram. Similar rumors were spread about the pair in 2023 after Dhanashree removed 'Chahal' from her Instagram handle.
