Indian cricket team will be touring South Africa for a four-match T20I series later this year. The series will start from 8 November and will go on till 15 November across four different venues. Cricket South Africa officially announced this news and schedule on behalf of both CSA and BCCI.
Cricket South Africa announces T20I series vs India
“Cricket South Africa (CSA) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) are delighted to confirm the scheduling of yet another thrilling KFC T20 International (T20I) series, which will see India traveling to South Africa in November 2024,” wrote Cricket South Africa in their official announcement.
“The KFC T20I Series will consist of four matches beginning on Friday 8 November at Hollywoodbets Kingsmead Stadium in Durban. The next match is scheduled to take place in the friendly city of Gqeberha on Sunday 10 November at Dafabet St George’s Park. The series then moves to the highveld, with SuperSport Park hosting a match on Wednesday 13 November, and DP World Wanderers Stadium hosting the final match of the series on Friday, 15 November,” the statement further added.
The tickets for these matches will be up for sale on the 19th of August. It is always a high-octane clash when the Porteas share the stage with the Men in Blue and just a similar type of atmosphere is expected later this year. Indian cricket team will be appearing with a new head coach in this series and will most probably be without Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli as the ongoing T20 World Cup 2024 is being considered their final T20I assignment.
