Joe Root's concerning form in Test cricket

Despite breaking records in every Test match, Root has failed to live up to the expectations with the bat in the ongoing series. The veteran batter has managed just 94 runs across three innings against Pakistan, failing to make the most of a relatively inexperienced bowling attack.
