Punjab Kings speedster Arshdeep Singh revealed his plans while bowling to MS Dhoni. The left-arm speedster said that he only plans to get him off strike while bowling because his batting depends on his mood when to hit sixes and when not. Dhoni is arguably the best captain India have ever produced. Team India under his captaincy won all the ICC titles of that time.

The wicketkeeper batter has announced his retirement from all forms of international cricket a long back. He also stepped down from Chennai Super Kings (CSK) captaincy last year before the opening clash of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024.

“My plan is only to how to get him off strike. I also have plans for other batters. You can’t have a plan for him; it depends on his mood when to hit sixes and when not to,” Arshdeep said while speaking at the 'Champions' session of Agenda AajTak.

Arshdeep and Dhoni faced each other in IPL where the pacer bowled him 14 balls and yet to pick his wicket. Dhoni has scored 20 runs against Arshdeep including a six and two fours.  Arshdeep has come out as one of the most successful bowlers in the last two and a half years. The speedster is just two wickets away from becoming the leading wicket-taker for India in Men’s T20Is, going past Yuzvendra Chahal.
