The final league stage fixtures of the UEFA Champions League will be played on Wednesday, January 28 (Thursday, January 29 in India) at the same kick-off time. The top eight teams will earn a direct spot in the round of 16. Additionally, teams ranked ninth to 24th will fight for the remaining eight spots in the playoffs.

If the teams are level on points between Matchday 1 and Matchday 7, as per article 18 of the competition regulations, there are the criteria on which they will be separated:
- Superior goal difference in the league phase
- A higher number of goals scored in the league phase
- A higher number of away goals scored in the league phase
- A higher number of wins in the league phase
- A higher number of away wins in the league phase
If the teams are still levelled despite these aforementioned criteria, they will stay on the same rankings in the points table. They will be named alphabetically based on their abbreviated name.
Meanwhile, the UCL points table is led by Arsenal, who are also the leaders of the English Premier League. The Gunners are followed by Bayern Munich in second, with Real Madrid, Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur, and PSG following closely in the top five of the UCL points table.
