Cristiano Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr teammate Wesley could be set for a January exit, with Benfica and other European clubs showing interest in the Brazilian winger.

Wesley, 20, has played 38 games across all competitions, scoring five goals and two assists. That includes four goals and an assist in 16 games across all competitions this season. After 13 league games, Al-Nass ranks second, four behind Al-Hilal after 13 fixtures.

Despite being contracted to the Knights of Najd till the year of 2028, Wesley could be on the move in January. As per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Brazilian has been the player of interest from Benfica and two other clubs. Ronaldo and company are said to be considering the proposals.

Wesley's latest game for the Knights of Najd ws in the 2-1 Saudi Pro League loss at home to Al Qadsiayh last week, making a 16-minute appearance recording no goal contribution.


Cristiano Ronaldo's average season with Al-Nassr

Cristiano Ronaldo has had an average season with Al-Nassr, his third full campaign with the Saudi Pro League side since arriving on a free transfer in December 2022.

In 17 games across all competitions, the 40-year-old has scored 15 goals and three assists. That includes 14 goals in 13 matches in the Saudi top flight, where Jorge Jesus' side are second after topping the league for most of the season.

Ronaldo has scored in all but two league games, with his last goal coming in the 2-1 loss at Al-Qadisiyah. The five-time Ballon d'Or winner's other goal this campaign has come in two games in the Saudi Super Cup, where the Knights of Najd lost to Al-Ahli on penalties.
