Amid a number of reports claimed that Newcastle United's star midfielder is being linked with Manchester United and Arsenal for a transfer move, it is being said that the Magpies midfielder has offered himself to Real Madrid.

Sandro Tonali to join Real Madrid?

On the other hand, Real Madrid is not very keen to plot a move for Tonali, as he is not the Spanish giants' priority, however the Los Blancos would only push for him if their other options fall through.

In the ongoing season, Newcastle have struggled a lot as they sit at 12th place in the Premier League standings, with only 42 points in hand after 31 games. As per the current scenario, the Magpies would not appear in top European competitions.

Considering all of this, Tonali would seek a transfer move away from Newcastle United, as Manchester United and Manchester City are heavily interested in his signing.

Manchester United's interest in Sandro Tonali

According to transfer market expert, Fabrizio Romano, The Red Devils are working very hard to acquire the services of the Italian midfielder. The Newcastle player is also being targeted by the local rivals, Manchester City as well.

On the other hand, Manchester United prefers Nottingham Forest's midfielder, Elliot Anderson as their top target and consider Tonali as their alternative.
