Desire Doue is your new Golden Boy winner, who is Lmine Yamal’s successor. The French talent held off the likes of Dean Huijsen and Arda Guler of Real Madrid and Barcelona’s Pau Cubarsí. 

Meanwhile, this might be something Doue can be happy about since the attacking midfielder recently received the unfortunate news of being sidelined again, for a while. The PSG youngster sustained a strain in his right thigh muscle, because of which, he will be ruled out for several weeks.

Following the news, the Ligue 1 winger is a definite absence from all fixtures leading up to the international break. Doue was forced to leave the stadium on crutches in his side’s 1-1 draw with Lorient on Wednesday. The player was in tears as he had just returned to action after injuries to his calf while playing for France during the international break in September. 

Doue began his football career at Rennes, where he played for two seasons before joining PSG in 2024. He has become a prominent member of the French club ever since his arrival.
