Cristiano Ronaldo Announces End of Al-Nassr Chapter
The speculations of Cristiano Ronaldo leaving Al-Nassr and potentially joining a Club World Cup bound outfit might be true. Ronaldo, who is quite active on social media, used the medium to disseminate his current state and what lies ahead for him.
The 40-year-old posted a picture of himself in the Al-Nassr jersey and wrote a caption that suggests he is set to leave Al-Nassr. The post came following Al-Nassr's final game of the season, which they lost 2-3 to Al-Fateh.
"This chapter is over. The story? Still being written. Grateful to all."
Ronaldo exiting Al-Nassr may come as a surprising move to those who have followed his career closely, as he has enjoyed a great spell with the club when it comes to scoring goals. Ever since he joined Al-Nassr he has been scoring goals for fun. However, he has been unlucky when it comes to winning trophies- a factor which may have pushed him to take the decision.

Which Club Cristiano Ronaldo Could Join Next?
If Ronaldo is indeed leaving, the question is: where will he go next? With his history at top European clubs like Sporting CP, Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus, possibilities abound. He could join a European giant like Manchester City, Chelsea, or Bayern Munich, or potentially return to a club like Real Madrid or Juventus.
Alternatively, he might stay in the Saudi Pro League or join another top team participating in the Club World Cup, such as Al Hilal or Al Ain. Only time will tell what lies ahead for Cristiano Ronaldo, but one thing seems certain: he's set to leave Al-Nassr. His contract with Al-Nassr is scheduled to expire on June 30, 2025.
