He expresses a desire to carve out his unique legacy and be an inspiration to young talents.

His transfer to Real Madrid is scheduled for July, coinciding with his 18th birthday.

The young Brazilian forward Endrick is gearing up for his transfer to Real Madrid in July. He quickly dismissed comparisons to soccer legends Cristiano Ronaldo and Pele. Endrick, who will sport Real Madrid's colors in the upcoming season, aims to "encourage other young people" through his on-field achievements.

"There are things that happen and there are people who speak and say, he is the new Pele, the new Ronaldo... I want to be Endrick and for me what is said does not matter to me," Endrick stated in an interview with CazeTV.

Currently playing for Brazil's Serie A club Palmeiras, Endrick is scheduled to complete his move to Spanish powerhouse Real Madrid in July 2024, coinciding with his 18th birthday. During a recent CazeTV YouTube channel interview, he addressed the social media buzz comparing him to former Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo and Brazilian soccer icon Pele. He also spoke about his anticipated move to Madrid and the significant responsibilities of joining Los Blancos.

"Now I have a great responsibility, I am going to endure the pressure because I know I can help my family and I also want to encourage other young people," he added.

Endrick caught the media's attention when Real Madrid, the 14-time UEFA Champions League winners, expressed interest in him and secured his services in December 2022. This move was followed by rapid success, leading to his call-up to Brazil's National Football senior team at 17.

Soon to join Real Madrid's Brazilian duo Vinícius Jr and Rodrygo Goes, Endrick could potentially become coach Carlo Ancelotti's new 'number 9', succeeding Karim Benzema's move to Saudi Arabia. Known for admiring Cristiano Ronaldo, Endrick's own playing style has drawn numerous parallels to the Portuguese icon.

Speaking to a Bola, Endrick said,

"He's my biggest idol, a player who broke all records by being an exemplary, dedicated player. He is more than an athlete, he is a guy that everyone should have as an example, because no matter the moment, he wants to be the best…He is a reference for any player who wants to go further in their career,"

At Palmeiras, Endrick has been pivotal in leading the team in the Brazilian Serie A, with them currently topping the league. In the 2023-24 season, he has scored 11 goals in 31 appearances for Palmeiras. With major events like the Paris Olympics 2024 and Copa América on the horizon, Endrick's positive attitude is a promising sign for both Real Madrid and the Brazilian National team.
