● The eligibility criteria for participating in the RIO tournament include making at least one deposit or purchase in their A23 account.
● In case of any Internet issue or network error, the Company will not be responsible. Users are advised to have a stable Internet connection during their matches.
● Depending on the player’s level, each player will get cash prizes or entry to the next level or both.
● When all of the Rummy games on the table are completed, the prize distribution will commence. No player will receive their cash money before that.
● If any player is found abusing or manipulating the RIO tournament system, their A23 account will be suspended. They will also lose their rewards, cash prizes, and/or tourney entry to the next level.
● The rights to modify eligibility criteria or rules of the tourney, suspend or terminate any player or the tourney remains with the Company only. No player can manipulate the system.
● The RIO tournament does not allow the same users from multiple accounts. If you are found participating in the tournament with more than one account, you will be disqualified from it.
● A23 Games will not be liable to pay any cash prize in case of a user’s disqualification, any technical error or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Company, or the Tourney is cancelled, modified, terminated or suspended. The maximum liability of the Company is to refund players’ entry fee.
● Players must follow all the terms and conditions of the RIO tournament and A23 gaming platform at all times.
