Former WWE wrestler Saurav Gurjar has once again expressed his disappointment and hurt over jokes made by comedian Kapil Sharma on The Kapil Sharma Show. The controversy stems from an episode in which Kapil mocked Saurav using a picture of him alongside actor Ranbir Kapoor.

In a recent podcast on the YouTube channel The Rich, Saurav spoke out about how he felt misrepresented, claiming that Kapil’s jokes were misleading. He alleged that Kapil used fabricated fan comments to poke fun at him during the show.

In a segment called Post Ka Postmortem, Kapil reads out comments left on celebrities' social media posts. During the episode in question, Kapil picked a picture of Saurav with Ranbir Kapoor and read a comment that said, “Lagta hai, Ranbir ne nayi gaadi li hai B M BABLU (It seems Ranbir has bought a new car, BM Bablu).” Kapil then made a joke based on this comment, making fun of Saurav’s appearance.

Reflecting on the incident, Saurav shared, “We all believe that all the comments that Kapil reads out in the picture are true and real... But that is not the case. There was a picture of me and Ranbir... He read the B M BABLU comment, and made a joke about my personality, when I got to know about it, I didn’t like that.”

Saurav further explained, “I went back to the picture to see the comment and couldn’t find it. When I called it out at that time, Kapil’s team started writing those comments, but one can see the time and date when that it was made. I didn’t like the whole thing and using fake comments just for laughs.”

The incident occurred during an episode where Ranbir Kapoor appeared alongside Anubhav Singh Bassi to promote their film Tu Jhoothi Main Makkar. As Ranbir doesn't have an official Instagram account, Kapil sourced images of him from various accounts. At one point, Kapil asked if Saurav was Ranbir’s trainer, but Ranbir clarified that Saurav was his co-star. The picture in question showed Saurav lifting Ranbir on his back.

Saurav had previously called out Kapil on social media over the same issue, writing, "Aap ache insaan hain @KapilSharmaK9 Logun ko hasate hain lekin aap aur apki team ne yeh jhoothe comments dhikhaye hain... This is not acceptable (You are a good person @KapilSharmaK9 You make people laugh but how can you and your team show these false comments on someone's social media. This is not acceptable).”

So far, Kapil Sharma has not publicly addressed Saurav’s allegations.
