He reflected on how maintaining sobriety has transformed his approach to wrestling and overall well-being.

Former WWE superstar Jeff Hardy, a true icon in professional wrestling, has thrilled fans with his daring moves and unwavering passion throughout his career. However, his journey has been marked by battles with addiction and personal challenges.

Recently, Hardy candidly shared his experiences on Busted Open Radio, discussing his road to recovery and its profound impact on his life and career. He reflected on how maintaining sobriety has transformed his approach to wrestling and overall well-being.

"I'm clear-minded to be sober, innovative Jeff Hardy. I mean, it just, it's almost child-like, the feeling of how it felt before I ever gave into drugs or alcohol. We were obsessed with pro wrestling, that was it. That was our main concern. And that obsession became our dream that came true as pro wrestlers. And so I feel like I'm back there in an older body, but man, I think a lot more with my heart now, instead of my mind," Jeff said to Busted Open Radio/Wrestling Inc

"I try my best not to let my mind play tricks on me and the ice baths have been helping incredibly. I'm totally addicted to ice baths now, instead of alcohol or drugs, and I love it. The first time I went underwater in an ice bath, I was like, 'Whoa ... there's something to this," he added

JBL compared this player to Jeff Hardy

During a recent interview with Sportskeeda Wrestling, WWE Hall of Famer JBL discussed recently crowned WWE Intercontinental Champion Jey Uso, who recently won the title last month after beating Bron Breakker. JBL compared Jey Uso to former WWE Champion Jeff Hardy.

JBL on Jeff Hardy: “You couldn’t explain Jeff Hardy. When he came out, he did stuff — I don’t think he thought about what he was going to do. He just came out and reacted to the crowd, to the music, the beat, whatever it was, and people to this day just fall all over when Jeff Hardy walks into a building for good reason. Jey Uso’s like that. He comes out doing all that dancing, all that stuff. I mean, I’m not sure he has any of it. It’s just feel for him, you know some guys have feel and he has incredible feel. He is such a great talent.”
