Sinner and defending champion at the BNP Paribas Open, candidly named press conferences and specifically the repetitive nature of questions as his primary pet peeve in professional tennis during a lighthearted moment in his post-match media session.

The four-time Grand Slam champion delivered the quip with a smile after a reporter asked if there was anything about life on tour that he truly disliked. Sinner replied:

"Yeah, press conference.”

Sinner’s reply drew laughter from the room, before clarifying:

"Answering always the same questions. I mean, it's not dislike. It's just part of the job, you know. I like to get out, play, and then live."

The tennis sensation quickly balanced the remark by emphasizing the positives of his career, describing tennis as offering a "beautiful life" filled with global travel, a supportive team, and unique opportunities while noting that media duties simply don't align perfectly with his more reserved personality.

The tournament has featured strong performances from Sinner throughout the early rounds, including highlight-reel shot-making that earned multiple "Play of the Day" nods.
