Roman Reigns and Bronson Reed kicked off the WWE Crown Jewel 2025, taking place in Perth, Australia. The duo took part in the opening match of WWE Clash in Paris and the company once again booked them to open a premium live event. They fought in the Australian Street Fight, which allows them to use anything inside or outside the ring. Reigns gave a treat to the cricket fans as he took out a bat and used it as a weapon.
The OTC brought it in the ring and hit Reed with it. Commentator Wade Barrett, who comes from England, namedropped Australian cricketing icons Steve Smith and Ricky Ponting while Reigns had the bat in his hands.
Bronson reed wins against Roman Reigns
Bronson Reed pulled of a steal and defeated Roman Reigns in the opening match. Jey Uso mistakenly ended up helping Reed. Bron Breakker appeared to help Reed and the Vision members had the upper hand at one point of time.
The Usos came out to hep Reigns and they had a 3-2 advantage. Reed had Reigns on his shoulders at one point and wanted to him with a Samoan drop when the OTC got down. Jey Uso was ready to spear Reed and he ended up mistakenly spearing Reigns as Reed moved out of the way.
A disappointed Reigns left the ring after facing the defeat against Reed. Jey was the first Uso to follow him as Jimmy stayed in the ring. Reigns is not confirmed to appear on next Week's RAW.
Stephanie Vaquer wins Crown Jewel Championship
Women's World Champion Stephanie Vaquer defeated Tiffany Stratton to secure the Crown Jewel Championship. Triple H presented her with the title. Vaquer won the Women's championship at Wrestlepalooza.
