WWE's legendary wrestler Hulk Hogan passed away on Thursday morning at the age of 71, according to a report from TMZ Sports. Emergency responders were sent to his Clearwater residence early Thursday morning after a reported cardiac arrest. Even after immediate medical attention, Hogan couldn't be revived.

Emergency medical personnel reached the scene, where Hogan was being stretched to a nearby hospital. This heartbreaking news marked the end of an era in professional wrestling.
Earlier, Hogan's spouse, Sky Daily, openly dismissed rumors that he was seriously ill or in a coma, assuring fans that he is fine and recovered from recent injuries. The WWE Hall of Famer went through a neck procedure in May, and rumours were spreading about his declining health.

Born Terry Bollea, aka Hogan, became one of the most famous figures in professional wrestling. He rose to fame during the 1980s, he played a pivotal role transforming wrestling from just a niche sport into mainstream family entertainment. His style and charisma attracted millions of fans and turned him into a household name all over the world.
In a surprising career change, Hogan reinvented himself in 1996, turned heel and formed the notorious wrestling group NWO (New World Order) as "Hollywood Hulk Hogan." This move clicked and started a new era in the history of professional wrestling.
Hogan was inducted into the WWE Hall of fame twice. First in 2005 for his contribution in wrestling, and again in 2020 as a part of the NWO.
Other than wrestling, he enjoyed considerable success in acting, most notably for appearing in Rocky III (1982). He also appeared in various friendly action comedies, including No Holds Barred, Suburban Commando, and Mr. Nanny.
