The innings was defined by a collective effort from the middle order rather than a single standout performance, Vijay Singh provided a steady 31, Bhanu Seth injected urgency with a brisk 30, and Deepak Sharma added a vital 33. This disciplined approach allowed the Indian batters to capitalise on the death overs and set a steep asking rate.

Pakistan skittled out for 96 while chasing 174

The chase never truly gained momentum for Pakistan Legends, who were eventually skittled for just 96 runs in 19.2 overs. India’s bowling attack was both clinical and relentless, led by a standout performance from Kalim Khan. Khan dismantled the opposition with remarkable figures of 4/11 at an economy of just 3.30. He was effectively supported by Kapil Rana, who claimed two wickets for 19 runs, ensuring Pakistan remained under constant pressure until the final wicket fell.

Pakistan's attempt at a chase was short-lived as they lost wickets at steady intervals, which stifled any hopes of a significant partnership. The Indian side complemented their disciplined bowling with sharp, aggressive fielding, effectively suffocating the scoring and ensuring a dominant and comprehensive victory.
