The BCCI's Junior Selection Committee has announced India's 15-member U19 squad for the upcoming ACC Men's U19 Asia Cup 2024, which will be held in the United Arab Emirates. The middle-order batter from UP, Mohammed Aman will be seen leading India in the Under-19 Asia Cup 2024. India vs Pakistan clashes are always high-octane and grab a lot of attention be it a men's, women's or even an U19 clash. The iconic rivalry between the two nations raise the bar of competition and gives fans something to watch out for.

India's squad for U-19 Asia Cup 2024 announced 

India U19, the most successful team in the tournament's history with eight titles, has been drawn into Group A alongside Pakistan U19, Japan U19, and UAE U19. Group B consists of Afghanistan U19, Bangladesh U19, Nepal U19, and Sri Lanka U19. To prepare for the tournament, India U19 will play a practice match against Bangladesh U19 on November 26th in Sharjah.

India's U-19 team to take on Pakistan on November 30

India U19 will kick off their campaign against Pakistan U19 on November 30 in Dubai. They will then face Japan U-19 on November 2nd and UAE U19 on November 4th, both matches to be played in Sharjah.

India has named a strong U-19 squad with players boasting significant domestic cricket experience. The 13-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi has also made a cut in the squad. Vaibhav rose to the fame with a 58-ball century in youth Test series against Australia in Chennai earlier this year.

The Indian U19 squad also includes promising players like Mumbai opener Ayush Mhatre, who recently scored a century in the Ranji Trophy against Maharashtra. Other notable names in the squad include Tamil Nadu's Andre Siddharth and all-rounder Kiran Chormale. The team will be led by Uttar Pradesh's Aman, who captained India against Australia in September and scored two half-centuries in the three-match series.
