March 4, 2023, marks a year since Australian cricket great Shane Warne sadly passed away at 52. Many of his former teammates and rival players remembered the classy leg-spinner, including Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar, who penned a heartfelt message for Warne and said that he missed him 'not only as a great cricketer but also a great friend.
India's only Master Blaster took to Twitter to post his emotional feelings for Warne and is sure that the Indian Premier League (IPL) winning star was 'making heaven a more charming place with his sense of humour and charisma.'
"We have had some memorable battles on the field & shared equally memorable moments off it. I miss you not only as a great cricketer but also as a great friend. I am sure you are making heaven a more charming place than it ever was with your sense of humor and charisma, Warnie!," posted Tendulkar on Twitter.

He said, "To the man who inspired me to chase a dream and the bloke who was a dream to have on your side, may you both continue to RIP."
