On the back of Shreyanka Patil's phenomenal display with the ball, India A women's team crushed Hong Kong women by nine wickets in the Asian Cricket Council Women's Emerging Teams Cup game in Mong Kok. Shreyanka left her footprints on the game after bagging a sensational five-wicket haul. The 20-year-old delivered a dream spell, finishing with spectacular figures of 5/2 in three overs. In her spell, the young star also bowled a maiden over.

Shreyanka's masterclass proved too much for Hong Kong as the hosts fizzled out for 34 runs in 14 overs. Opener Mariko Hill was the only Hong Kong batter with a double-digit score while four batters failed to even open their accounts.

Apart from Shreyanka, three other Indian bowlers were amongst the wickets. Parshavi Chopra and Mannat Kashyap bagged two wickets each while Titas Sadhu chipped in with a wicket.

Needing just 35 runs to win the game, India captain Shweta Sehrawat was dismissed cheaply. The right-handed batter departed after scoring two runs off four balls. Uma Chetry and Gongadi Trisha combined for an unbeaten 28-run partnership for the second wicket that ensured India's win in just 5.2 overs with 88 balls to spare.
