In a series of surprising events, former Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) batter Evin Lewis have grabbed everyone's attention with a humongous six during a CPL clash between Antigua Barbuda Falcons and St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. The West Indies star sent the ball sailing completely out of the stadium, with footage of the massive hit quickly going viral across social media.
Massive six by Evin Lewis
The Falcons endured a tough start to their pursuit of 188-run target as Kyle Mayers dismissed Amir Jangoo for only two runs in the first over. The hosts struggled to build momentum early on, managing eight runs from their first two overs. Their attempt to increase the scoring rate also suffered when they lost their second wicket in the fifth over.

Lewis decided to change gears against left-arm spinner Waqar Salamkheil in the final over the powerplay. When the bowler pitched one short, the left-handed batter quickly launched a powerful pull shot over the midwicket region, sending the ball a long way beyond the boundary.

Lewis' underwhelming form in CPL
Lewis played a counter attacking knock of 48 runs off 38 balls, smashing five sixes during his stay at the crease before Kyle Mayers brought his innings to an end in the 14th over. However, the left-hander has struggled for form in the competition so far. He also scored 48 in the recent clash against St Lucia Kings but was unable to cross the double-digit mark in his other two outings.
