The wait is over as Women's Premier League (WPL) 2025's full scheduled has been announced. The third edition of this glitzy league is set to unfold across four vibrant cities, Baroda, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Mumbai, with all pomp and show.

WPL 2025 schedule announced 

"The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Thursday unveiled the schedule for the much-awaited TATA Women's Premier League (WPL) 2025. The third edition of the world's premier women's T20 league will be held in four cities – Baroda, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Mumbai – promising a festival of thrilling T20 action," BCCI's statement read.

WPL 2025 will get underway from February 14 at the newly constructed BCA Stadium in Baroda with a thrilling contest between defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Gujarat Giants (GG) which will set the tone for an exciting season. Baroda will host a total of six matches before the action shifts to Bengaluru. The M. Chinnaswamy Stadium will then become the center stage, hosting RCB's first home game against the formidable Mumbai Indians (MI), champions of the inaugural WPL edition, on February 21.

The excitement will continue to build in Bengaluru, as RCB will play three more matches in front of their home crowd. They will face UP Warriorz (UPW) on February 24, Gujarat Giants (GG) on February 27, and Delhi Capitals (DC) on March 1.

Notably, Lucknow will make its debut as a WPL venue this season. UPW will play three matches at their home ground starting from March 3. The final leg of the tournament will unfold in Mumbai, with the iconic Cricket Club of India (CCI) hosting the last two league matches and the crucial playoff games. Mumbai Indians will conclude the league stage with back-to-back home games against GG and RCB on March 10 and 11 respectively.

The climax of the tournament will arrive with the playoffs. The table-toppers will secure a direct entry into the final. The second and third-placed teams will compete in a thrilling Eliminator on Thursday, March 13, to determine the second finalist. The grand finale is scheduled for Saturday, March 15.
