Liverpool Football Club might be adding another minority owner to the list. Jeff Bezos is reportedly closing a deal to buy a minority stake in Liverpool. The Amazon founder is currently part of a consortium that is in talks with Liverpool owners Fenway Sports Group (FSG). Sky Sports has reported that the ongoing talks are set to be finalised soon and the deal could be announced as early as this week.

The English Premier League side is owned by Fenway Sports Group (FSG), which is led by principal owner John W. Henry. Minority stakes are held by Tom Werner and RedBird Capital Partners, among others. NBA legend LeBron James also holds a small stake in FSG.
