Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez have made their first public appearance as a married couple, and the images have gone viral online. The two were captured attending Al-Nassr’s Saudi Pro League match against Al-Fateh in Riyadh on 15 August.

The appearance comes just four days after the couple married in a private civil ceremony in Cascais, Portugal, on 11 August. Only their five children were present. Ronaldo confirmed the news on Instagram with a simple photograph of their hands wearing matching wedding bands and the caption “CG”.

41-year-old Ronaldo and Rodriguez, 32, have been together for around a decade after meeting when she worked at a Gucci store in Madrid. They announced their engagement in August 2025 and live in Riyadh with their family while the Portuguese star plays for Al-Nassr.

Ronaldo did not feature in the match itself but was present to support his team as the new league season began. Meanwhile, the former Real Madrid and Manchester United player recently announced his retirement from the World Cup after Portugal’s disappointing loss to Spain. Ronaldo is, however, expected to appear for the upcoming Euro.
