India’s men’s doubles pair Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty have advanced to the final of the China Masters on Saturday after a hard-fought semi-final victory over Malaysia’s Nur Mohd Azriyn Ayub and Tan Wee Kiong in Shenzhen.
The World No. 5 Indians recovered from the loss of the second game to win 21-16, 18-21, 21-11 in just over an hour. The result marks their third appearance in the China Masters final in the last four editions. They finished as runners-up in both 2023 and 2025 and reached the semi-finals in 2024.

It is also their third BWF World Tour final of 2026, following a runners-up finish at the Thailand Open and a title win at the Singapore Open earlier this year. The reigning Asian Games champions will now face China’s He Ji Ting and Ren Xiang Yu in Sunday’s final as they seek a first China Masters crown and their 10th career World Tour title.
