Story Highlights:

Triple H is set to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

Triple H is a 14-time world champion in the WWE.

Paul 'Triple H' Levesque will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as the Class of 2025 headliner. According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, Stephanie McMahon, The Undertaker, and Shawn Michaels shocked Levesque at a WWE town hall meeting today. WWE's Chief Content Officer was reportedly "caught off-guard" and "got very emotional" when told he was entering the Hall of Fame, joking that he "wanted to kill" WWE President Nick Khan.

Unfortunately, this puts an end to any jokes about Levesque booking himself into his own Hall of Fame. Perhaps WCW superstar Terra Ryzing will be present for the induction.

With his probable singles induction, Levesque will become a two-time Hall of Fame headliner, joining D-Generation X at the top of the 2019 Class.

WWE had not to make an official comment about this story at the time of publishing. Expect this soon.

Triple H is the first name announced for the Class of 2025. He is also one of the most prominent figures WWE has left available to headline.

Induction was always a "when" question for Levesque, not a "if." In kayfabe, he is one of the most successful wrestlers in company history, having won 14 WWE and World Heavyweight Championships, the 1997 King of the Ring, the 2002 and 2016 Royal Rumble, and a long, sustained main event push. He now has a successful booking record, which helps his case.

WWE's 2025 Hall of Fame induction ceremony is scheduled to be held on Friday, April 18 in Las Vegas.

He made his debut in 1995 and quickly evolved into a formidable force, capturing multiple championships, including the WWE Championship, World Heavyweight Championship, and Intercontinental Championship, and was a Tag Team champion with different partners as well. Triple H is one of the founding members of the D-Generation X, a faction that defined the Attitude Era. As a top superstar, Triple H has feuded with many other alphas of the company, including Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, John Cena, Randy Orton, Mick Foley, The Undertaker, and many more.
