Tommy Fury who recently broke up with Moly-Mae Hague has stated when he plans to return to boxing. The 2019 Love Islander - who met Molly-Mae in the ITV manor - last year beat YouTube's greatest confining stars Jake Paul and KSI. However, following his disputed decision victory over KSI in October, he underwent hand surgery. From that point forward, he has broken up with Molly-Mae following conning claims, which he denies. However, Fury hopes to return to the ring by the end of the year, and he may also be rekindling his relationship with Molly Mae.
"I’m feeling good. I’m feeling fresh. My hand is back in use. In the last two weeks, I’ve started using my hand again. That’s feeling good. Hopefully, stay on track and fight in December. That’s what I’d like to do but right now it’s just about getting fit and getting back in shape. 7lbs down already," said Tommy Fury on his YouTube channel.
With a split decision victory in Saudi Arabia, Fury put an end to years of rivalry with Jake Paul. After that, in Manchester, he became the first person to defeat KSI in a controversial decision, and both social media sensations desired a rematch. Fury hinted at significant developments before the year's end.
"I’ve got some very exciting collaborations coming up this month. Two very big ones. Heavyweight-style big ones. I think I’ve got something very, very exciting lined up for the back end of the year. Obviously, I’ve got my recovery. My hand it back in play. I can use the right again. So, it’s all about getting fit now, getting back in shape and finishing off the year with a fight. So, plenty of things to look forward to. Stay tuned, I guess,” said Tommy Fury.
There is no confirmation on who Tommy Fury be fighting upon returning a potential rematch with KSI can be on the cards too. He can also fight on the same card with his brother Tyson Fury, if he decides to compete by the end of the year as well.
