WWE fans can look forward to WWE Monday Night Raw making its debut live on Netflix on Monday, January 6.

Logan Paul who had made it clear that he will not bee seen in Wrestlemania 2025 has given his fans another treat with his shocking decision to join WWE again. Logan Paul will be seen in the much anticipated WWE Raw on Netflix premiere episode and making things better then Best is his opponent - John Cena.

During the Raw on Netflix Kickoff event on December 18 at WWE headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce announced that Logan Paul would be joining the red brand through the recently introduced “transfer window.” Paul is the second wrestler to switch shows in this window, following Braun Strowman’s move to SmackDown after his return from injury.

Logan Paul’s Return to WWE and His Future Plans

Although we haven’t seen much of Logan Paul in WWE since his loss of the United States Championship to LA Knight at SummerSlam, he’s been keeping an eye on Raw. Paul mentioned that watching the show reminded him of how much he loves pro wrestling and how much better he believes he is compared to others in the industry. With his return, Paul expressed excitement about being part of WWE’s Netflix debut, even promising that one day he will become WWE Champion.

Paul also poked fun at the idea of stepping into the ring with Conor McGregor, referring to McGregor’s social media post about wanting to box him in India. Logan said, “Of course they do, a payday with a Paul brother is a bucket list item for most of these washed-up fighters.”

Reasons Why Logan Paul left WWE

Wanting to Spend More Time with His Family
Logan Paul’s decision to retire seems to be influenced by his recent life changes. In September, the YouTube star and his fiancée, Nina Agdal, welcomed their baby girl into the world. Paul expressed his desire to spend more time with his family, citing fatherhood as a key reason for his decision to retire.

Being a WWE Superstar is a demanding job, with wrestlers often spending a significant portion of the year traveling for house shows, premium live events, and weekly TV appearances like RAW and SmackDown. This intense schedule makes it difficult to balance family life. Therefore, it’s understandable that Logan Paul would want to step away from wrestling to dedicate more time to his wife and daughter.

Taking a Break

Logan Paul’s career has been marked by controversy, and this could be another factor behind his retirement announcement. While Paul has become a millionaire and a prominent figure through his YouTube channel, he’s also faced criticism and legal issues in recent months. One such controversy revolves around his energy drink, Prime, which saw Logan and his company being sued by Refresco, a bottle supplier, for breach of contract in 2023.

Additionally, Paul was involved in a cryptocurrency venture that led to a lawsuit from investors who accused him of misleading them. With these controversies potentially damaging his public image, WWE might be hesitant to bring Paul back, at least for the time being.
