NFL Kansas City Chiefs captain Travis Kelce and Global Superstar Taylor Swift are in a high-profile relationship. The duo has been vocal about their relationship and images of them supporting each other when the other one performs can be seen vividly. Taylor was also seen having a heartiest conversation with his partner's mother. Now Travis's mother Donna Kelce, praised his son's girlfriend, Taylor Swift. Speaking to Page Six at the premiere of Grotesquerie, which stars the Chiefs tight end, the 71-year-old was in awe of the relationship shared between her son and the pop icon.

Donna also termed the high-profile relationship as “kind of interesting. She stated “I hope they’re having a good time”. She was also asked about Travis's involvement with Ryan Murphy’s 10-episode drama series to which she gushed about her son's achievement.
“Oh, it’s so awesome. Just to be able to see your kids do what they absolutely love to do, and hopefully, this is something he likes! I know he wanted to try [acting], so we’ll see how it goes,” said Donna. She explained that she has “always told” both her children, Jason and Travis, “If you do something you love to do, you will get really good at it.” She is also the mother of former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce.
“He’s always been one to be in the limelight. He loves attention. I mean it, he’s always dancing, always joking around, always having fun… he just loves life. It just seems like his life is on a trajectory that just is rising every single day,” she added.
Donna also called Taylor just like her son being “kind” and “generous.” “He’s a good guy. He really is. He’s good,” she gushed. “He’s kind. He’s generous. And from what I understand, so is she,” It’s just been taking off. I just can’t believe what’s happened over the last couple of years.” NFL star's mother said.

Taylor Swift Factor in Travis's life
Recent research by Sportico reveals that Kelce has experienced a staggering 177% increase in licensing income, largely due to his association with Swift. He is projected to earn $30 million from off-field activities this year, the highest among NFL players. This figure surpasses that of his teammate, quarterback Patrick Mahomes, who is expected to earn $27 million off the field.
In addition to his off-field earnings, Kelce's on-field income is substantial. He signed a four-year, $57.25 million contract extension with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2020, which was restructured earlier this year. His guaranteed salary for this season amounts to $17 million, comprised of a $5.75 million base salary, an $11 million roster bonus, and a $250,000 workout bonus.
