The Dolphins claimed a stunning victory recently against the Atlanta Falcons with a score of 34-10

The Baltimore Ravens are set to face the Miami Dolphins at their upcoming NFL 2025-26 season fixture in the Thursday Night Football in Week 9. Both teams have been struggling, but for the Ravens, their star player, Lamar Jackson, has been sidelined since September.

The Ravens have only managed to win two games of their first eight weeks and are 2-5 while Jackson missed their last three fixtures. Meanwhile, the franchise won't be without its star player ahead of its must-win game as it tries to become just the fifth team to make it to the postseason after a 1-5 start.

Is Lamar Jackson playing in Ravens vs Dolphins in the NFL 2025-26 season?

Yes. Lamar Jackson is available for the Ravens game against the Dolphins on the Week 9 of Thursday Night Football on October 30. Earlier, NFL Insider Tom Pelissero had reported that the star QB was listed as a full participant in practice on Tuesday. He wrote on his official X (formerly Twitter) account:

“Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (hamstring) is officially off the injury report and good to go Thursday night vs. Miami, along with every other player on the 53-man roster. At last, Baltimore is getting healthy.”

The quarterback was ruled out for three games following a hamstring injury and the team went 1-2 in his absence before falling to 2-5 this season. With his return, the Ravens get a chance to reshape this encounter and the two-time NFL MVP would be willing to help his side advance towards a positive side.

The Dolphins claimed a stunning victory recently against the Atlanta Falcons with a score of 34-10. However, just like the Ravens, the Dolphins have also not been doing very good in the league. Mike McDaniel’s side has lost six of its first seven games. By winning against the Falcons, the team were finally able to snap their three-game losing streak. Their making it to the postseason could be called a sort of small miracle.
