Tom Brady's cute remark quickly went viral and sparked backlash from the WWE world, including one from Randy Orton

The playful yet pointed exchange between the former New England Patriots quarterback and the WWE universe has captured the spotlight

The cross-sport banter between NFL legend Tom Brady and the world of professional wrestling has sparked plenty of attention lately. During a lively segment on Logan Paul's Impaulsive podcast, the seven-time Super Bowl champion playfully dismissed aspects of WWE's athleticism as something lighthearted and entertaining compared to the raw, unscripted intensity of real football competition.

The discussion turned into a playful debate about athleticism, comparing NFL players to pro wrestlers. When Paul pushed back on the athletic demands of WWE, Brady said he loves the sport and called it “cute”. He used "very cute" multiple times in the exchange, framing it as scripted entertainment rather than the unscripted, high-contact intensity of the NFL.

The remark quickly went viral and sparked backlash from the WWE world, including one from Randy Orton. He said he'd love to meet Brady and hit him with an RKO. Orton fired back at the NFL legend’s "cute" comment on professional wrestling during a recent appearance on ESPN's Get Up.

The 14-time world champion WWE superstar addressed the comment and said:

“I did see a recent podcast Logan Paul put on. He had Tom Brady on, and Tom Brady had a few things to say about pro wrestling.”

The WWE legend continued:

“I think he called it quote unquote ‘cute.’ I’ve never met him, but I’d love to meet Tom and hit him with an RKO. I’d say he’d be at the top of the list.”

The playful yet pointed exchange between the former New England Patriots quarterback and the WWE universe has captured the spotlight, blending two worlds of elite athleticism in a classic case of cross-sport trash talk.
